Orange County Land Trust Inc

Orange County Land Trust protects land in Orange County, New York through conservation agreements with private landowners, property donations, and outright acquisition. It has helped protect more than 8,000 acres of meadows, farmland, stream corridors, wetlands, forests, and recreational land across 131 preserves, many of them open to the public. The trust runs hiking and birding outings, partners with youth organizations on nature education, and has been accredited by the Land Trust Accreditation Commission since 2013.
