Orange County Coastkeeper

Orange County Coastkeeper, founded in 1999 and based in Costa Mesa, California, states its mission as protecting swimmable, drinkable, fishable water and promoting watershed resilience throughout its region. Its programs span education, habitat restoration such as eelgrass recovery, advocacy on water quality threats, Clean Water Act litigation, and marine research, alongside community trash cleanups and coastal access projects. It is a member of the Waterkeeper Alliance and the California Coastkeeper Alliance.
