Orange Audubon Society

Orange Audubon Society is a volunteer-run Audubon chapter in Central Florida whose stated mission is to conserve and restore natural ecosystems, focusing on birds and their habitats, for the benefit of humanity and the earth's biological diversity. It runs education programs, birding field trips, conservation projects and advocacy, working with Audubon Florida on policy affecting natural lands, air quality, wildlife and waterways. The chapter is developing a nature and environmental center at Apopka Birding Park.
