Ofrenda A'bunna supports the Arhuaco people of Colombia's Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta in buying back and regenerating their ancestral territory, acting as a bridge between US funders and the Arhuaco community of Seykun. Land it helps purchase is entrusted to young Arhuaco families, with over 70 percent left to regenerate as native forest and the remainder farmed organically, including coffee grown as a revenue stream. It reports 8,000 acres recuperated so far, with a goal of protecting 5,000 more acres by 2028.
