OC Habitats is a grassroots conservation nonprofit founded in 2017 to protect and restore natural habitats and the species that depend on them across Orange County, California. Its work is organized around restoration of degraded ecosystems, environmental education, and habitat and species monitoring carried out largely by volunteers. Projects include wetland and riparian habitat in Huntington and Newport Beach and coastal sage scrub and chaparral in Santa Ana, Irvine, Tustin and Orange.
