Oak Heritage Conservancy Inc

Oak Heritage Conservancy is a land trust protecting forests, meadows, wetlands, and other natural areas across eleven southeastern Indiana counties, including Jefferson, Jennings, Switzerland, Ohio, Dearborn, Ripley, Washington, Clark, Scott, Jackson, and Decatur. It conserves land permanently through purchase, donation, bequest, and conservation easements, and has protected over 1,100 acres since 2002. Its service area spans the Ohio River corridor, the Knobstone Escarpment, and the flatwoods forests of the region's poorly drained interior.
