Northern Rivers Land Trust protects natural, scenic, and working landscapes in the headwaters of Vermont's Winooski, Lamoille, and Black rivers. Founded in 2006, it works with landowners on conservation easements and land donations and stewards the properties it conserves, holding 17 easements covering nearly 1,950 acres. Its work covers the towns of Hardwick, Woodbury, Walden, Wolcott, Albany, Greensboro, and Craftsbury.
