Northeast Midwest State Foresters Alliance

The Northeast-Midwest State Foresters Alliance is made up of the state forestry agencies of 20 Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwestern states plus the District of Columbia. It supports those states in reaching shared forest management, conservation, and protection goals, working with the US Forest Service and other partners on regional efforts covering forest health, invasive insects and pests, wildland firefighting, and urban forestry. The Alliance is based in Washington, DC.
