Northeast Ecological Recovery Society

Northeast Ecological Recovery Society is dedicated to ecological stabilization, environmental protection, and the restoration of native species in the American Northeast. Its projects include a timber wolf recovery effort aimed at returning wolves to Adirondack State Park and replanting of American chestnut trees in the Adirondacks. It also installs bat houses and barn owl boxes for wildlife habitat and public education, with work based out of Queens, New York.
