North Woods Land Conservancy

North Woods Land Conservancy works to preserve and protect natural resources and critical habitats in its communities through conservation, stewardship, and education. It acquires and stewards protected properties in the Connecticut towns of Hartland and Barkhamsted. Alongside land protection, it runs educational initiatives, a membership program, and monthly public meetings.
