North Shore Audubon Society

North Shore Audubon Society is a National Audubon and Audubon New York chapter founded in 1952, serving northern Nassau County on Long Island, New York, and one of seven Audubon chapters on the island. It works to further conservation of natural resources and to educate its community. Programs include year-round guided and leaderless bird walks, speaker events, native plant gardens, citizen science, and certification of bird-friendly yards.
