North Haven Conservation Partners

North Haven Conservation Partners is a community-supported land trust dedicated to conserving property on and around North Haven, a Maine island twelve miles offshore. Founded in 1996, it has permanently conserved more than 200 acres and several miles of shoreline through ownership and conservation easements, focusing on productive land such as farms, forests, and waterfront access, along with wildlife habitat. It maintains public trails and preserves, monitors easements, runs an outing club, and organizes community events and volunteer stewardship days.
