North Georgia Land Trust

North Georgia Land Trust is a community-based nonprofit established in 2023 that conserves land for its natural, recreational, scenic, or agricultural value across North Georgia. It works with willing landowners through conservation easements, which leave the owner in possession while permanently restricting development and allowing continued use for homes, farming, hunting, and recreation, and through outright land donations that the trust then manages.
