North Corktown Community Land Trust

The North Corktown Community Land Trust was formed by the North Corktown Neighborhood Association in Detroit to hold and protect green open space in the neighborhood. It stewards community-managed pocket parks including North Corktown Commons at Ash and Cochrane, with a garden, seating, and space for neighborhood gatherings, and Fish Park with its public art sculptures. Volunteers from the neighborhood help maintain the spaces.
