North Central Washington Audubon Society

North Central Washington Audubon Society works to enhance, protect and restore healthy natural ecosystems and native biodiversity using science, advocacy, education and on-the-ground conservation to promote the welfare of birds. It serves Chelan, Douglas, Ferry and Okanogan counties, the Native homeland of the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation. Its programs include community science such as a kestrel nest box survey, habitat conservation work, youth education and outreach, and volunteer-led field trips and birding events.
