North Carolina Resource Conservation & Development Assoc

The North Carolina Resource Conservation & Development Association carries out the USDA Resource Conservation and Development program, which promotes the protection and conservation of land and water resources. It works with volunteer, locally elected, and civic leaders to plan and run projects that protect environmental resources and improve social and economic conditions in rural areas.
