North Carolina Lake Management Society

The North Carolina Lake Management Society is a statewide 501(c)(3) founded in 1994 whose members include homeowners, scientists, state agency representatives, and citizens who want a proactive, protective role in managing North Carolina's water resources. It organizes workshops and an annual conference on lake and water resource management and provides a network and resources for people working on the state's aquatic ecosystems.
