Natureserve

NatureServe is a 501(c)(3) based in Arlington, Virginia that uses science, data, and technology to guide biodiversity conservation and resource management. It tracks roughly 100,000 species and 7,000 ecosystems through a network of about 60 member programs across the United States and Canada, which collect and manage data under shared methods and standards. Its data reaches NGOs, government agencies, and businesses through tools including NatureServe Explorer and InSite by NatureServe.
