National Habitat Conservation Plan Coalition

The National Habitat Conservation Plan Coalition states its mission as furthering the use, effectiveness of, and support for large-scale Habitat Conservation Plans as local solutions that facilitate economic development alongside the conservation of threatened and endangered species and their habitats.
