National Arbor Day Foundation

The Arbor Day Foundation is a 501(c)(3) based in Lincoln, Nebraska, whose stated purpose is to inspire people to plant, nurture, and celebrate trees. It plants trees at global scale through community forestry, carbon forestry, disaster recovery, and urban heat programs, working with more than 5,400 local planting partners. The foundation says it has planted over 500 million trees across more than 60 countries.
