Nassau Land Tr Incorporated

The Nassau Land Trust is a 501(c)(3) that conserves land and preserves Nassau County's heritage for future generations, accepting donations of land and conservation easements. It works with landowners, communities, planners, officials, accountants, and real estate brokers to apply land conservation techniques and provide land-use choices that respect landowners' goals. It is an affiliate of the Peconic Land Trust and helped return the former Grossmann's Farm in Malverne to active agriculture as Crossroads Farm.
