Nanticoke River Watershed Conservancy

The Nanticoke River Watershed Conservancy works to identify, promote, and actively seek the acquisition of lands with natural, aesthetic, and historic significance in the Nanticoke River watershed, and to promote the protection and balanced use of those lands. It acquires and manages natural areas and maintains public trails across several properties, including the Chapel Branch Nature Area, Newton Woods, and the Millstone Tract. The conservancy is volunteer-supported.
