Muslims 4 The Environment

A 501(c)(3) that works to educate, raise awareness, and inspire changes in consumption and disposal behaviours that harm living things and the wider ecosystem. It partners with local and global institutions to model green practices within Muslim communities in the United States and abroad, and also works with non-Muslim conservationists, environmentalists, and NGOs. Its stated emphases include energy conservation and sustainability policy from the grassroots to the federal level.
