Morro Coast Audubon Society

Morro Coast Audubon Society promotes the appreciation, conservation, and restoration of Central Coast birds and ecosystems from its base in Morro Bay, San Luis Obispo County. It manages the Sweet Springs Nature Preserve and the Fourth Street Overlook, running habitat restoration volunteer days on both. Its programs include shorebird and seabird monitoring surveys, the annual Christmas Bird Count, school and community education, birding field trips, and regional bird-finding guides.
