Montezuma Land Conservancy

Montezuma Land Conservancy is a 501(c)(3) land trust founded in 1998 and based in Cortez, in southwest Colorado, with the stated mission of changing lives through land conservation by connecting people to place, forever. It protects working and natural landscapes through conservation easements and stewards the properties it holds, including Fozzie's Farm. Its programs also focus on community education, cross-cultural partnerships including with the Ute Nation, and equitable access to land.
