Mohonk Preserve Inc

Mohonk Preserve is a nonprofit nature preserve and accredited land trust in New Paltz, New York, whose mission is to protect the northern Shawangunk Ridge and inspire people to care for, enjoy and explore the natural world. Past 60 years of what it calls saving the land for life, it maintains 70 miles of carriage roads and trails used for hiking, biking, rock climbing, horseback riding and cross-country skiing. It also operates a visitor center and runs land protection, environmental science and education programs.
