Mohawk Hudson Land Conservancy Inc

The Mohawk Hudson Land Conservancy is an Albany, New York land trust working under the banner "Connecting Communities, Conserving Land" to preserve the region's most treasured natural areas for future generations. It stewards 23 preserves with more than 50 miles of trails open year-round for hiking, birdwatching and snowshoeing. Alongside land acquisition, it runs educational events and a Nature Bus program that brings people out to the land it protects.
