Mission Heritage Trail Association

Mission Heritage Trail Association, also known as Safe Passage, has worked since 2011 to improve life in the City and County of Santa Barbara through education, historic and environmental preservation, public safety, and support for community economic vitality. Its central campaign addresses the Mission Canyon corridor and bridge, advocating for pedestrian and bicycle access, ADA accessibility, seismic retrofitting, and preservation of the area's historic stone walls. It also publishes a Mission Heritage Trail Walking Guide.
