Mill Valley Streamkeepers

A community action group working to restore and protect Mill Valley's watersheds, active since 1998. Volunteers run creek cleanups and habitat restoration work parties, monitor salmon, steelhead and river otter in local creeks, and encourage residents to report pollution and illegal discharges. The group also works with the City of Mill Valley on grant applications to remove fish barriers blocking salmon migration upstream.
