A 501(c)(3) nonprofit convener in Rifle, Colorado working to evaluate, protect and enhance the health of the Middle Colorado River watershed through the cooperative effort of watershed stakeholders, across roughly 2,200 square miles from Glenwood Canyon to De Beque.
