Michigan Municipal Wetland Alliance Inc

The Michigan Municipal Wetland Alliance is a nonprofit in a public-private partnership with the Michigan Department of Natural Resources, preserving and restoring wetland habitat on MDNR public lands. It operates wetland mitigation banks that let Michigan municipalities and agricultural producers meet state wetland mitigation requirements through professionally managed sites and credit opportunities. Alongside water quality and biodiversity goals, it works to enhance outdoor recreation on state-managed land.
