Metacomet Land Trust

Metacomet Land Trust is a nonprofit founded in 1988 that works to permanently protect land across 15 communities in south-central Massachusetts, including Franklin, Bellingham, Upton, and Wrentham. It owns 672 acres outright, protects 469 acres through conservation restrictions, and has assisted in conserving roughly 900 additional acres. The trust purchases or accepts donations of land and conservation easements, manages land owned by others, and advises landowners.
