Mecklenburg Audubon Society

Mecklenburg Audubon Society is a National Audubon Society chapter serving the Charlotte, North Carolina area, operating under the motto "Birding is for Everyone and Every Body." It runs bird walks, monthly programs and webinars, a birding listserv, and teaching workshops, and awards research and education grants. Its conservation work includes Motus migration tracking, a breeding bird atlas, Bird Friendly yard resources, and a Lights Out effort to reduce building collisions.
