Meadow City Conservation Coalition

Meadow City Conservation Coalition is a volunteer-run 501(c)(3) started in 2001 in Ward 3 of Northampton, Massachusetts, focused on the meadows around the Connecticut River. It holds and monitors five conservation restrictions covering roughly 34 acres of city-owned land, conserved for wetland protection, wildlife habitat, small-scale agriculture and recreation. Volunteers maintain walking trails and run trail cameras that document coyotes, bobcats, foxes and other wildlife.
