Mcdowell Sonoran Conservancy

The McDowell Sonoran Conservancy leads conservation in the McDowell Sonoran Preserve, which it manages in official partnership with the City of Scottsdale, Arizona. Its work is organized around three pillars: stewardship of the Preserve, science through its Parsons Field Institute, and public education about the Sonoran Desert. It is supported by a large volunteer steward corps and runs public programming and events.
