Massachusetts Coalition For Water Resources Stewardship Inc

MCWRS is a Massachusetts nonprofit coalition of municipalities, districts, and public water, wastewater, and stormwater agencies, along with engineering consultants, legal firms, and stormwater coalitions. It advocates for science-based water policy and regulation that protects the water environment and public health without bankrupting communities, monitoring and responding to regulatory proposals such as MS4 permits. It also hosts an annual symposium on water policy, regulatory, research, and legal developments.
