Marin Audubon Society

Marin Audubon Society's mission is to conserve and restore natural ecosystems, focusing on birds, other wildlife, and their habitats. It acquires and restores habitat in Marin County, California, including baylands along the Petaluma River for tidal marsh restoration, and pursues conservation advocacy. It also runs birding field trips, a natural history speaker series, the annual Christmas Bird Count, and publishes a monthly newsletter, The Rail.
