Magnuson Environmental Stewardship Alliance

Magnuson Environmental Stewardship Alliance encourages stewardship of Warren G. Magnuson Park in Seattle by enhancing habitat for native plants and wildlife and educating the community. It has worked on the park for nearly two decades through grants, participation in park planning, volunteer work parties, and plantings, contributing roughly $70,000 a year in volunteer labor. Its main work areas are Promontory Point, the Forest Remnant Zone, the Native Plant Border, and Sand Point Head.
