Lula Lake Land Trust preserves the natural and historic landscapes surrounding Rock Creek and its tributaries on Lookout Mountain, Georgia, through conservation, education, and low-impact recreation. Established in 1994 through the will of Robert M. Davenport, it has helped conserve 12,000 acres in the watershed and owns over 3,500 acres, including an 850-acre Core Preserve. The preserve is open to the public on scheduled Open Gate Days with reservations, and its trails, guided hikes, and school programs have brought more than 10,000 students and community groups on site since 2015.
