Lower Columbia Basin Audubon Society

Lower Columbia Basin Audubon Society is a National Audubon Society chapter serving the Tri-Cities area of south central Washington, based in Kennewick. It focuses on watching birds, conserving and restoring the ecosystems birds and wildlife need, advocating for responsible natural resource policy, and educating adults and children about birds and their habitats. Regular activities include First Saturday bird walks, Bateman Island walks, the Christmas Bird Count, native plant restoration at Leslie Groves Park, and community science projects.
