Long Pond Association

The Long Pond Association is a 501(c)(3) that works to promote the protection and enhancement of the water quality of Long Pond in Parsonsfield, Maine, and to preserve its ecological, economic, recreational, and aesthetic value. Its work includes in-lake water quality treatment, a septic system inspection program, and courtesy boat inspections to keep invasive species out. The association also publishes newsletters and shoreline guidelines and convenes community meetings on pond stewardship.
