Little Magothy River Association Inc

Formed in 2002 by residents with waterfront lots on the Little Magothy River in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, the association collects and manages funds for future maintenance dredging and bulkhead maintenance on the river. Its stated primary goal is to maintain the health, safety and navigability of the Little Magothy, which it does by tracking river depths and inlet and bulkhead conditions, securing permits and impact studies, and hiring dredge operators and contractors. An annual tax assessment funds periodic dredging of the inlet channel to keep navigational depth.
