The Lino and Jeannette DeAnna Conservation Trust holds a 25 acre conservation forest in northern Ohio, secured with the cooperation of the Cather Family Trust and set aside to be protected from future development. It began in 2006 when Ohio Family Realty funded land procurement, tree seedling planting, and a picnic pavilion on the site. A tree is planted in the name of every client who buys or sells a home through the affiliated realty firm, based in Elyria, and the preserve doubles as a private picnic retreat for those families.
