Leading Harvest

Leading Harvest is a nonprofit that develops third-party audited sustainability standards for agricultural land, including its Farmland Management Standard and a Pasture and Livestock Standard. It describes its aim as creating a common language for agricultural sustainability and accelerating the transition to more sustainable and resilient land management. Its standards are outcomes-based rather than practice checklists, and are used in the United States and Australia, with oversight from an Independent Review Panel established in 2021.
