Land Trust Of West Haven Inc

The Land Trust of West Haven, Inc. promotes the protection and preservation of natural resources and open space of public significance in West Haven, Connecticut, with particular emphasis on coastal resources along the Long Island Sound shoreline near Savin Rock. It holds conservation easements including the Savin Rock shorefront and 410 Savin Avenue, and maintains Eco Park as a site for community use and ecological education. Its public programming includes the free Coastal Conversations speaker series, along with volunteer efforts and partnerships with the Sandy Point Beach Bird Sanctuary and the West Haven Community Garden.
