Land Trust of Napa County

The Land Trust of Napa County is a community-based nonprofit dedicated to preserving the character of Napa by permanently protecting land, using conservation easements and direct ownership. It has protected more than 96,000 acres, over 18 percent of Napa County, California, including watersheds, oak woodlands, forests, wildlife corridors, and working agricultural land. It stewards the land it owns for habitat health and restoration, monitors wildlife through its Wildlife Picture Index Project, and opens protected land for hiking and education.
