Founded in 1999, The Land Trust for Tennessee works to protect the character of Tennessee's natural and historic landscapes, partnering with willing landowners and communities to permanently conserve both public and private property. It has protected roughly 137,000 acres across 76 Tennessee counties and is accredited by the Land Trust Accreditation Commission. It also owns and operates Glen Leven Farm, a historic 64-acre property near Nashville that hosts community events and programs.
