Land Legacy

Land Legacy is Oklahoma's only statewide land trust, established in January 2003 in partnership with the Kerr Center for Sustainable Agriculture in Poteau, Oklahoma. Its mission is to conserve, enhance and restore urban and rural land and water, working with landowners and partner agencies to choose the right tools, such as conservation easements, for each project. Its work spans urban parks and trails, farm and ranch preservation, and water quality protection across the southcentral United States, from its base in Tulsa.
