Land Conservation Foundation works to preserve and restore natural communities in East Central Illinois, creating interconnected corridors that provide wildlife habitat and connect people and nature for future generations. Based in Urbana, it protects and stewards sites including the Sangamon River Corridor Reserve, Brady Woods, and Jasmine Hollow, with priorities on rivers, wetlands, and groundwater. It also runs hiking trails, volunteer workdays, educational events, and supports research with universities and state agencies.
