Land Conservancy of Ridgefield, Inc.

The Land Conservancy of Ridgefield is an accredited private land trust founded in 1967 to help preserve open space in Ridgefield, Connecticut, and is among the oldest land trusts in the state. It protects land through outright acquisition and conservation easements, and currently oversees more than 722 acres across parcels ranging from small lots to tracts of 30 to 100 acres. It is run by a volunteer board of current and former Ridgefield residents.
